Description

Creativity is a fundamental concept in what is considered to be the fourth wave of psychology- transpersonal psychology, as it engages all levels of consciousness.

Our contemporary world is tranced into mental consciousness. Our current challenge,  if we wish to adapt and continue as a future species is to find a way of breaking free from that straight jacket.

Nature, music, dance, poetry, meditation, yoga, beauty and love can help us to break free and begin our journey of integration, healing and care of our home, planet earth, and realistically, ourselves.   Such a transformation requires an engagement with our creativity.

How can transpersonal qualities such as integral consciousness aid in the development of creativity?

Systemic Alchemy Level 1

In the fourth level of the courses, the coaching process recognises and fosters the arts of:

  1. communing with the client’s higher states of consciousness that are ready to work with trans-cultural consciousness;
  2. recognising and deeply meeting the  “foreigner” in the client, and in ourselves;
  3. optimising our own transcendent consciousness and opening to experience ‘other ways of knowing’ within and through ‘the other’, the client;
  4. to realise the coach’s own expression of vital intelligence, operating as a soul, living a life open to transcultural collaborations and community building in complex interaction of nested systems; cross-paradigmatic; understanding of evolutionary movement, unitary concepts are perceived but not yet fully embodied. open and willing to serve a purpose higher than the self; and thus able to see when these emergent states appear in your client,  being a torch bearer and when it appears in your client  in integrity to this with your deepest values  the life blood of deep purpose,  vocational callings, and transcultural relationships,

Coaching practice will be undertake with course peers. If desired some participants may draw their focus goals for their coaching from the course materials covered at level one i.e.  ‘Conscious entrepreneurialism’  or ‘Spiritual marketing’ or ‘Vocations’.

This workshop will explore

  • what a knowledge and capacity to work with creative mastery have to offer a coach and coachee?
  • what integral perspectives offer creativity in terms of consciousness shifts, developing through a series of distinct worldviews, each of which results in new perspectives, new concerns, and new values leading to creative awakenings.
  • applications of where a coachee will benefit from exploring consciousness raising opportunities for the purpose of creativity.
  • methodologies and practices to promote the development of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual intelligence, essential for creativity?
  • resources to aid creativity mastery to aid the psycho-spiritual maturation and evolution of self and client.
  • how to use creativity to support self, and clients with process, fulfilment and work/life balance issues.
  • how clients can enhance the unfolding of their life ‘meaning and purpose’ with integral consciousness and creativity mastery.

For the Coach

The pace at which our global problems are increasingly becoming “more local” requires that spiritual progressives amongst us, evolve into our magnificent creative potency effective at all levels of consciousness.

A coach with a good understanding of Integral Consciousness may better assist a coachee who is looking to broaden their creative reach and scale of impact, by incorporating more and more stakeholder values, including those of traditionalist, modernist and postmodern worldviews whether they be family, clients, or colleagues.   The coach and coachee might extrapolate together the skills required to optimise integral creativity to compose response a way forward inspiring to each of these stakeholders.

In particular, a coach can greatly assist coachees holding the creative tensions of ethical decision making.  Our coachees are facing greater and greater ethical challenges as our world present never before experienced considerations demanding the ethics of self, other, local game, and world game dimensions be held simultaneously within a decision-making process.  Integral creative mastery is essential.
