Aim: This course aims to bring confidence to the coach in supporting a client’s capacity to work with, and develop, their higher realms of human potential. It aims to empower the coach with the distinctions of a transpersonal stance, that might draw upon, but not be limited to, any ideological or faith tradition. Its object is to deepen the coach’s capacity for facilitating the process of working with the ethical Self.
The third level of courses Liberation and Empowerment , brings into focus:
- soul care and the arts of inner work to nurture and attend to awakening to the resources of the whole self and ‘the life of the soul’.
- This course deepens into the realms of evolutionary loving relationships, the authentic self, the higher self and a person’s relationship to the ‘bigger question’ for their life.
- It supports behavioural change associated with engaging the archetypes in the empowering middle dimensions of consciousness.
- This third course will explore the role that narrative coaching, archetypal psychology and positive psychology can play in aiding transformation.
- The course will deepen into the transpersonal dimensions, focusing on the role an elevated spirit plays in prosperity, joy and wisdom.
Coaching practice will be undertake with course peers. If desired some participants may draw their focus goals for their coaching from the course materials covered at level one i.e. ‘Evolutionary, loving relationships’ or ‘Authentic prosperity’.

The course will support the viewpoint and techniques of empowering a client with the capacity for life long developmental and transformative learning of ego AND trans ego development. It explores ethics from a range of methodologies including a variety of transpersonal psychologies, critical thinking ideologies, moral development and faith traditions. The pathways explored also offer practices that enhance cognitive capacities and development and offer something to those clients who seek ethical decision-making resources beyond ideologies and faith frameworks, and into experiences that source universal ethical insight.
Supporting Lecturer: In this course we will gain the gifts of a special guest lecturer. The lecturer (to be announced) will be a highly gifted yogi with a variety of mostly eastern practices specialising in the Vedanta traditions. We will explore a range of perspectives on the difference between eastern and western approaches to consciousness ascension, as well as their vastly different relationship to the faculties of consciousness. The key for all such practice is integration of the wisdom into the client’s life. This is where transpersonal coaching skills can be a real asset.
We will also explore what a variety of practices offer in terms of methods to deepen a client’s capacities for self- observation, awareness, self-reflection and over coming self centred-ness, (which is not the same as selflessness). We will compare different methods for their similarities and differences in terms of ethos and practice.
Your Learning: Transpersonal Level 3 will further the study of theorists from the transpersonal field who offer gateways of spiritual growth towards higher stages of ego development and higher realms of consciousness. Some theorists have described these levels as the dimensions of peak experiences, creative inspiration and unity consciousness.
Learn transpersonal coaching approaches designed to support the client to strengthen, thicken and deepen into communion with ethical, spiritual and wisdom experience.
We will explore practices that evoke liminal states unbounded by the ego. What can a coach do to recognise and create space and holding when these liminal experiences give rise to ‘transpersonal states’ inclusive of love, empathy, compassion, ethics, passion, yearning, longing, inspired vision, life-changing awakening, soul callings, and bliss?
Learn to facilitate client spiritual emergences, and harness the richness of a relationship with their transcendent nature.
